Logging your stress & joy

Keeping a stress and joy diary is an important to a joyful and stress free life. It will help you discover the events and causes that stress you out as well as show you which days are more or less critical.

Stressbuoy contains tools to help you keep track of stress, joy and many other things, visualize progress, set goals and work towards them.

Log Stress & Joy

  1. Tap the ‘Home’ tab at the bottom of the app to go to the home screen

  2. Tap the ‘stress’ or ‘joy’ button

  3. Select you stress7/joy level, causes and impacts (see more details below)

  4. Tap the checkmark in the top right corner to save the entry

Select Stress or joy level

Use the slider to select your level of joy or stress.

Select causes

Whats causing your stress or joy? Select from a list of pre-defined causes or add your own. You can select one or multiple causes.

Select impacts

How is the stress or joy impacting you? For example do you feel happy or have a headache? Select from a list of pre-defined impacts or add your own. You can select one or multiple impacts.

Setting up a Reminder

Never forget to track stress or joy, set up a reminder to get a notification. Learn more about setting up a reminder here.
