Notifications & Reminders

Stressbuoy offers notifications and reminders to help you reach your goals.

The following notifications are available at the moment:

  • Reminder for Program activities

  • Reminder for Stress & Joy tracking

Where can I find the notification settings?

  1. Tap the ‘You’ tab at the bottom of the app

  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner

  3. Tap on ‘Notifications’ in the Settings category

How to adjust your notification settings?

On the Notifications settings screen.

  1. Tap on one of the settings in the list, e.g. ‘Stress & Joy Tracking’

  2. Select the days you want to be reminded on by tapping the individual days. When the button turns blue, you have selected a day.

  3. Tap the time below the weekdays and select the time the reminder should show up.

  4. Tap ‘Set Alert’

How to remove a reminder?

On the Notifications settings screen.

  1. Tap on one of the settings in the list, e.g. ‘Stress & Joy Tracking’

  2. Tap ‘Delete Alert"‘
