I purchased Stressbuoy premium but I don’t have access to premium features and content
If you have purchased a monthly or annual Stressbuoy subscription but cannot access any premium feature or content, please go through below steps. If none of these steps work please contact our support team within the app or through our contact form.
You are logged into the wrong account
Make sure you have logged into the account that is associated with the Stressbuoy subscription. If you are still not seeing any premium content or features, try to login again by following below steps:
Logout of Stressbuoy
Tap the ‘You’ tab at the bottom of the app
Tap the gear icon in the top right corner
Tap on ‘Logout’ on the settings screen
Confirm the logout, ‘Yes log me out’
Close the app.
Re-login to Stressbuoy
Restart the app. On the ‘Sign in’ screen choose the method you have used initially and login back into your account.
Apple - iOS device users
You might have multiple Apple IDs and your Stressbuoy account is not associated with the Apple ID you have used to purchase your subscription. Please try to restore your subscription:
Tap the ‘You’ tab at the bottom of the app
Tap the gear icon in the top right corner
Tap on ‘My Subscription’ on the settings screen
Tap ‘Restore purchase’
Enter your Apple ID and associated password
