How can I request a refund for my Stressbuoy subscription?

We want you to be happy with your Stressbuoy premium subscription, however if you have purchased a subscription and it does not meet your expectations, please request a refund as described below.

Apple App Store (iPhone/iPad)

While Stressbuoy provides the app and service, Apple manages all payment and any refunds related to the subscription. Hence Apple processes refunds directly on their side using the payment method associated with the Apple ID you have used to subscribed. Apple does not provide Stressbuoy with this information due to their internal policies.

The Stressbuoy team will not be able to modify subscriptions, cancel current subscriptions or issue refunds to our customers. If you would like to get a refund, please reach out to Apple’s App Store customer support: https://getsupport.apple.com/

Google Play Store (Android)

For subscription purchases made through the Google Play Store, our team is usually able to accommodate refunds requests made within 30 days of your purchase. While we cannot guarantee every refund request, we will do our best to assist you.
