How to check your subscription status?

You can check the status of your subscription within the Stressbuoy app or in your Google Play / Apple App Store account, see below for details.

Status - In the App

1. Tap the ‘You’ tab at the bottom of the app

2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner

3. Tap on ‘My Subscription’ on the settings screen

4. If you have subscribed to Stressbuoy, you will see the status of your subscription.

Status - in the Apple App Store

1. Open the device’s ‘Settings’ app

2. Tap your Apple ID (profile icon)

3. Tap ‘Subscriptions’

4. Select ‘Stressbuoy’

Status - In Google Play Store

1. Open the Google Play Store App

2. Tap on your profile icon (upper right corner) next to the search bar

3. Tap on ‘Payments & Subscriptions’

4. Tap on ‘Subscriptions’

5. If you have an active Stressbuoy subscription it will show up on this screen
