Destress with Stressbuoy Programs

Reducing stress and finding a path to happiness can be difficult. Stressbuoy comes with many destress activities that can be accessed and completed individually, however if you are working towards a bigger goal and trying to destress it can be difficult to select the right activities and complete them on a daily basis. Stressbuoy Programs usually span over 2-4 weeks and focus on specific goals, for example reducing stress or improving mental health. They include different activities from mindfulness sessions over workouts to guided breaks.

Depending on what your goal is, reducing stress, becoming more joyful or something else, you can pick from a range of available Stressbuoy programs. Our programs have been designed with experts from this industry and we continuously add new programs to Stressbuoy.

Various activities throughout the week

Every program comes with individual activities, from physical workous to mindfulness, journal and guided self-reflections, which will keep your body, mind and soul healthy.

Daily schedule

Using the daily schedule, you know which activities have been planned for today.

Understanding exercise cards and starting an exercise

Every exercise of the program is displayed as a card.

Time:

The day of the program on which the exercise was planned for, for example if you started the program today it would be Day 1.

If activities have been planned for a specific time of the day, it will displayed next to the day. Possible times are:

  • Morning

  • Afternoon

  • Evening

Type of Exercise

Depending on which screen you are on, the type of exercise will be shown underneath the day, for example ‘Workout’ which stands for an individual physical activity.

Required exercises have been marked with an asterisk (*).

Goal

Every exercise has a goal, for example ‘Work out for 20 minutes'

Starting an exercise

In order to start an exercise, press the ‘Play-button’ on the right side of the exercise card. If a lock is displayed instead, that means you can’t start the exercise yet, because you haven’t finished the previous exercise or the planned time has not been reached yet.

Keep track of your progress

Daily reports are available to keep you inspired and motivated as well as make sure you are on track towards your goal. Program Insights will show you the overall progress of the program. On the individual activity screens you can also see the progress on of each exercise.
