How to delete your account and the associated data?
Tap the ‘You’ tab at the bottom of the app
Tap the gear icon in the top right corner
Tap on ‘My Data & Account’ on the settings screen
Tap ‘Delete My Account’. You might be asked to sign in again if your last login was a long time ago
Enter ‘DELETE’ in the form and tap ‘Delete my Account’
Please note, by deleting your account, all your data, statistics and personal information will be deleted and you will not be able to login anymore. This is an irreversible process, meaning once this action has been taken, its not possible to retrieve your account or associated data anymore.
Also, if you have an active Stressbuoy Subscription, please note that closing or deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, see How can I cancel my Stressbuoy Subscription.
